beach bar chocolate martini
Victor and yulianna. They addressed every need so quickly! milton at the beach bar created amazing baby monkeys and chocolate martinis. I really loved those drinks!
The buffet food was often cold. That was a bit disappointing!

Acceptable, but Disappointing Hotel
dated decor firm bed
The staff was friendly. This was a plus point of my stay.
My room was not what I expected. The decor seemed dated. I found the bed to be too firm for my comfort. It affected my sleep quality. The bathroom needed better cleaning. I noticed dirt in the shower corners.

repetitive food inflated price
the food at the main restaurant was repetitive daily. i expected more variety considering the cost. the mexican restaurant tried too hard to be exclusive with unconventional dishes. also, i inquired about a late checkout the day before departure and was quoted one price but the next day, a different receptionist quoted a higher price so it seemed like exploitation.
